Andina and Ceviche are an independent group of Peruvian restaurants based in London. They have an established design heritage. I was asked to refresh the menus for both restaurants, ready for opening after the pandemic lock down in Spring 2021.
Andina, as in ‘the Andes’ mountain range in South America, serves authentic Peruvian recipes with a modern twist. Its spirit comes from rural Peru.
Ceviche's heart lies in urban Latin America.
